How it works

From scattered payments to one clear picture.

Expeniqo gathers your spending from the places it already happens, checks anything unclear with you, and shows you where your money went. Five steps — most of them automatic.

  1. Step 1

    Add your expenses your way

Type an expense in seconds, or scan a receipt and let Expeniqo fill in the details. Choose a category and whether you paid by cash, UPI or card.

  2. Step 2

    Expeniqo picks up payments

If you turn on SMS tracking, Expeniqo checks bank and payment alerts on your Android phone and adds the transactions — amount, merchant, date and a suggested category. Message text never leaves your phone.

  3. Step 3

    Review anything uncertain

Some alerts are vague. Those wait in Needs Review, marked “Not sure”, and don't count until you confirm them. Pick the right category and confirm, or ignore it.

  4. Step 4

See your month at a glance

Your Home screen shows what you've spent this month, how much of your budget is left, and your spending by category.

  5. Step 5

    Understand where it went

Reports show money in, money spent and your net balance for any period, with a category breakdown you can export as a PDF. What you do with it is up to you — Expeniqo shows the picture, it doesn't give financial advice.

Launching on Android
  1. 1

    Create your account

Sign up with your email address and verify it with a one-time code.

  2. 2

    Set a monthly budget

Optional, but it's what turns your spending into “what's left”.

  3. 3

Turn on SMS tracking — if you want

Expeniqo explains what it reads first. You can skip it and add expenses yourself.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is Expeniqo?

Expeniqo is a personal expense tracker. You can add expenses yourself, scan receipts, and — if you choose — let the app pick up bank and payment alert SMS on your Android phone. Everything lands in one list, with a monthly budget and reports that show where your money went.

Expeniqo doesn't connect to your bank account, doesn't move money and doesn't give financial advice.

Can I add expenses manually?

Yes. Add an amount, category, date, merchant and how you paid (cash, UPI or card), plus an optional note. You can edit or delete expenses you've added.

Can I use Expeniqo without SMS access?

Yes. SMS tracking is optional. You can add expenses manually or scan receipts instead, and you can turn SMS tracking off at any time.

What is Needs Review?

Some payment messages are ambiguous. When Expeniqo isn't sure about one, it doesn't guess — the payment waits in Needs Review, marked “Not sure”. You can change the category and confirm it, or ignore it. Payments in Needs Review aren't counted in your totals until you confirm them.

Where can I use Expeniqo?

Expeniqo is built for Android phones and is preparing for release on Google Play. A web experience is in development. We'll update this site when each one is available — we won't link to a download before it exists.

How much does Expeniqo cost?

Pricing hasn't been announced yet. When it's decided, it will be published on the pricing page.
