Expense tracking

Add an expense in seconds.

Type the amount, pick a category and how you paid, and you're done. Every expense — however it arrived — lands in one list, grouped by month.

Bank alerts, added for you.

With your permission, Expeniqo checks the bank and payment alerts on your phone and turns them into expenses. Personal messages are ignored, and message text never leaves your phone.

  • Debits and credits from bank and UPI alerts
  • Already-imported alerts are skipped, so nothing is counted twice
  • Turn it off any time

Needs Review

Unsure payments wait for you.

When a payment alert is unclear, Expeniqo doesn't guess. It marks it “Not sure” and keeps it out of your totals until you confirm it — or ignore it.

Receipt scanning

Snap a receipt. Check it. Save it.

Expeniqo reads the total, merchant and date from a photo of your receipt and suggests a category. You check everything before it's saved — and the image isn't stored.

Monthly budget

One budget. Always know what's left.

Set a monthly budget and your Home screen shows what you've spent and what's left. The bar turns amber past 85% and red when you go over.

Reports

Where your money went, by category.

Money in, spent, net balance and budget for any month, the last 3 or 6 months, or your own dates. Open a category to see its transactions, then export the report as a PDF.

Clear categories. One list.

Expenses are sorted into Food, Shopping, Travel, Bills, Medical, Entertainment, Clothing and Others, with Credit for money in. Each has its own colour across your Home screen, transactions and reports, and badges show what came from SMS or a scanned receipt.

Privacy & security

Built to be careful with your money data

Expense data is personal. These are the things Expeniqo does today — no badges, no vague promises.

  • Message text stays on your phone

    SMS are checked on your device. Only the details of a detected transaction are saved — never the message itself.

  • Receipts aren't stored

    Receipt images are processed in memory to suggest details, then discarded. You decide what gets saved.

  • HTTPS and secure sign-in storage

    The app talks to Expeniqo over HTTPS, and your sign-in token is kept in Android's secure storage.

  • Delete your account in the app

    Remove your account, expenses, budgets and preferences from Profile — and sign out on every device.
